I can't stand when pedestrians press the button at the cross walk and then don't wait for the signal! They press the button, run across the street, and allow the cars to stop at a red light for NO reason. Stop doing that! Either wait for the signal, or don't press the button.

I can’t stand when a restaurant only gives you one napkin. Maybe I’m a slob, but one goes on the lap and I need another for the hand/mouth area.

I can't stand when people park in the middle of a lane with oncoming traffic and just thrown their hazards on...since when does hazard lights equal parking spot? Just because you have your hazard lights on does not mean you can park in the middle of traffic Jerk!
I can't stand it when people don't wait for people on the train/bus/elevator WHATEVER to get off before they get on. When I'm face with someone pushy like that I usually try to deliberately get in there way.

I also can't stand bad grammar. Which is what I just did several times.
I can't stand when someone makes a website, then doesn't upgrade it for a month.
